atB Jobs serves a recruitment marketplace with 300,000+ registered users. This project focused on AI-assisted CV parsing and candidate-job matching.

As Product Manager, my scope covered strategy, discovery, ranking logic, the roadmap and cross-functional delivery.

Move from manual screening to useful shortlists.

Recruitment connects two different needs: employers need relevant candidates, while candidates need suitable opportunities.

The product focus was to connect CV information and job requirements through ranking logic, making candidate discovery more useful within the marketplace.
