01Overview

Healthcare access, organised around the patient.

A mobile healthcare experience for Bangladesh Police, bringing patient-facing journeys and hospital operations into one product context for Central Police Hospital (CPH).

The interface brings doctor discovery, appointment booking, medicines and reports into a focused mobile experience. My role combined product management with UX leadership.

Police personnel need a clear path to healthcare services. Hospital operators need journeys that fit the way those services are delivered.

The product challenge was to connect these perspectives while keeping the patient experience understandable and the scope clear for delivery.
