01Overview

LIMS — Department of Fisheries

The Department of Fisheries needed to move laboratory sample tracking off paper logs and into a structured system. The LIMS product covers sample intake, test assignment, results entry and reporting, replacing a process that was previously hard to trace or audit.

The design focused on the realities of lab work — staff moving between samples quickly, needing status at a glance, entering results under time pressure.
